Vcare Clinics is offering cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychiatry services collaborating with Baylor College of Medicine to facilitate access to mental healthcare for uninsured patients.

• Connect patients with cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychiatry services at several Harris Health locations
• Implement a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approach called the Unified Protocol (UP), a transdiagnostic treatment developed to address common issues across emotional disorders and teach strategies for coping
• Connect patients with other needed resources, including referrals
• Connect providers to Project Reach psychiatrists for consultation
• Provide resources and referrals to both patients and providers
• Keep confidentiality of patient’s information according to HIPPA guidelines
