- Healthy pregnancy planning
- STI testing & treatment
- STI testing & treatment
- Pelvic exams & Pap tests
- Breast & cervical cancer screening
- Limited prenatal services
- Vaccines
Healthy Texas Women (HTW)
- Who qualifies: Women 15–44, U.S. citizens or eligible immigrants, Texas residents, income ≤ 200% FPL, not pregnant, no full Medicaid/CHIP/Medicare A or B coverage, limited insurance coverage
- Services: Family planning & preventive women’s health services
Primary Health Care (PHC)
- Who qualifies: Texas residents, household income ≤ 200% FPL, not eligible for other programs
- Services: Basic health care services
Title V Maternal & Child Health Fee-for-Service (FFS)
- Who qualifies: Low-income women, children, adolescents not eligible for Medicaid/CHIP, household income ≤ 185% FPL, Texas residents
- Services:
- Medical & dental care for uninsured children & adolescents under 22
- Maternal & child health services
